The iconic hotel reopened in April 2015 after a two-year renovation and restoration programme.
The hotel serves upmarket, creative Irish cuisine using seasonal ingredients from the West of Ireland. The hotel has four dining rooms including the palatial George V Dining Room for fine dining and a casual bistro. Afternoon tea served in the elegant Connaught Room. Ashford Castle also has an extensive wine cellar.
