He holds accreditation from The Wharton School (USA) and University of Limerick (Ireland) and had a successful career in industry in various leadership roles in large multinationals and small privately owned companies.
He set up Knox Career Coaching and Mentoring in 2022 and works with clients all over Ireland. His motivation as a coach, mentor and consultant is his motto for his clients – Everybody Wins – individual, family, company and economy.
With over 20 years’ experience in the voluntary and education sector Gemma has recently pivoted to being self-employed and bringing my in-depth skills to other sectors. Gemma’s hyphenated career over 25 years has seen her working in areas as far-reaching as the Favelas in Brazil. Gemma has international experience across a variety of sectors.
She is adept at supporting those in marginalised and disadvantaged communities through creating environments that are responsive, empathetic and tailored to the diverse strengths of each individual. Her work has brought her into Irish Prisons working with clients and into boardrooms and classrooms. Gemma has vast experience leading teams in both the voluntary and educational sector while establishing her own Education, Training and Coaching business in tandem.
She has demonstrable skills in leadership, training programme design, development and delivery, facilitation, operational excellence and relationship development. Passionate about education and driven by participation, positivity and feeling part of something bigger.
