Róisín Kelleher set up the ‘Aisling Career Guidance and Recruitment Service’ in Bandon, Co. Cork, having spent many years in business, before becoming a teacher and career guidance counsellor.
Dedicated to career guidance and education, Róisín provides a comprehensive and personal guidance service, where all clients are encouraged to realise their potential.
Clients come from all life stages: second and third level students, graduates, post graduates, job seekers, and people changing career.
Róisín is enthusiastic and passionate about her work and obtains great fulfillment from helping people to achieve their potential.
A UCC graduate in Psychology and Sociology, with a Diploma and Masters Degree in Career Guidance, Teaching Diplomas in Typewriting and Shorthand, Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Levels A and B) from the British Psychological Society and an IMI Certificate in Recruitment.
A former President of the Institute of Guidance Counsellors, she has spoken at many conferences in different parts of the world on career guidance issues. She has been the guidance counsellor on C103 radio over many years, and has served on bodies such as the National Psychological Service, Commission on the Points System, Dept of Social and Family Affairs Workshops for Unemployed, Counsellor in Youth Reach Centres, and Governing Body of CIT now MTU.
