In the very early stages of his professional career while on his work experience, he was given a role in the purchasing department of a large pharmaceutical company. Although he had very little experience at the time, he discovered that that he could use his sense of purpose and desire to fulfil his potential and to contribute strongly to the company’s goals.
His career grew from there. In it, he successfully navigated several career transitions; voluntary and involuntary redundancies, promotions, organizational changes, and establishing his own business.
He holds accreditation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (USA), the International Association of Professional Coaching & Mentoring and the University of Limerick.
