Offline Marketing Manager
Location: Dublin
The main purpose of the role is to develop and implement the consumer activation offline plans and achieve KPIs aligned to agreed objectives for the relevant planning cycle. The individual will also play a central role in consulting on the translation of the marketing strategy and associated objectives, and the subsequent planning process, with the main focus and input on the role of offline consumer activation.
Requirements: 3 years’ experience in Event and Project Management and a track record of working with multiple agencies at the same time. A third level of education in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or a related field. Strong communication skills across stakeholders, attention to detail, agency management, and excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Here are some of the key responsibilities
- Develop and implement consumer centric offline activation plans on time and within budget, which are clearly aligned to the achievement of the overall activation objectives and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate and align with online consumer activation and RRP Brand team to ensure effective translation of plans into action. Maintain open communication with key stakeholders across the business (Finance, Legal, M&S etc.), ensuring compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain and evolve a competitively superior offline consumer activation toolkit that can deliver across multiple consumer journey objectives as required. Monitor competitor (RRP) consumer activation programs and consumer activation from other industries.
- In conjunction with SIM, CEM and Commercial Planning, develop clear KPIs and ROI/ROO targets across projects. Monitor and report on these regularly and proactively, to understand their ongoing contribution to the achievement of the overall activation objectives and marketing strategy.
- Responsible for the timely development and management of project plans and documents as required throughout each planning cycle. Communicate regularly with the business, including Cycle Planning stakeholders (both inside and outside formal meetings) to ensure full collaboration, visibility and alignment of all offline Consumer Activation plans.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the full offline Consumer Activation budget ensuring all spend is in line with A&SP or LE expectations. Manage the creation and Goods Receipting of all Purchase Orders and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, monitor and report all internal cross charges.
- Monitors spend on monthly basis and provide timely communication of any significant variances versus plan. Responsible for all re-phasing exercises in line with financial processes and as requested.
Administrator

Sales Representative FMCG
Location: Dublin Northeast Region - Meath/Louth/Cavan/Monaghan area.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative. The role involves calling on the grocery channel representing the brand, developing and opening new accounts with a view to maintaining and creating addition sales.
Duties:
- To build and maintain Client displays within specified outlets as detailed on your journey schedule in line with the outlets agreed policy.
- To maintain regular calls on these outlets in accordance with the current journey schedule. The Operations Manager/Supervisor will assign the schedule.
- To monitor condition of all Client products both within the store and stockroom, ensuring that any non-functioning or damaged product is removed from sale. In all outlets full details should be discussed with the relevant store personnel, where problems are identified they should be communicated to the supervisor.
- To develop and maintain a good working relationship with outlet personnel with a view to sustaining their active co-operation in the display of Client products.
- To promptly inform the line manager and all relevant personnel of store enquiries and competitor activity.
- To accurately record all information on in-store activity and stock as laid down on the weekly report and other documentation as required, ensuring that all reports/ administration is completed and sent to your Line Manager on time.

Part-time Tactical Merchandiser

What do you need?
- You will have your own transport.
- 2-3 hours spare each week.
- Previous merchandising or selling experience within retail is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Ideally – you will have experience in working with mobile data-capture Applications.
- Good attention to detail and an ability to follow specific merchandising briefs/ planograms and complete task to a high standard.
What will you be doing?
Looking after a number of local stores, you will liaise with the Store Management and the Field Sales Reps, you will follow a specific set of objectives communicated through our Mobile Application, Teamhaven. Once in store, you will be required to located stock for a single brand or multiple brands, and merchandise that stock as per your call objectives.
