The US-headquartered technology business, Conga is set to create 40 new jobs in Dublin. The company is mainly recruiting at its new Dublin office for inside sales positions but they also have plans to increase their Irish team overall to assist with their EMEA expansion.
They plan to hire for 40 new positions in Dublin as a result of their European expansion strategy. Conga provides technology to assist clients in tracking and managing their revenue. The company has said they will start recruiting for the 40 roles right away. They will initially begin with expanding their sales team.
Their Dublin office will collaborate with their London office to further expand in the EMEA region. They chose Dublin as the location for their new office in Ireland because of its ‘vibrant’ tech scene.
CEO of Conga, Noel Goggin said: “Our investment in Dublin demonstrates our commitment to growing Conga’s presence in the EMEA region. Dublin offers a vibrant talent pool and multilingual professionals that will help our company better serve existing and new customers throughout their digital transformation journeys. It’s truly the right opportunity and place for all the right reasons.”
He also said he was very excited about the company expanding in Ireland, that he studied and grew up here. Noel finished by saying: “Our momentum in Europe is a testament to the critical role that Conga plays in organisations’ business transformations, and I look forward to being at the helm of our continued growth.”
The company’s expansion in Ireland is also being supported by IDA Ireland. Conga has over 11,000 clients in Asia, North America, and Europe. In May of 2020, they merged with Apttus, a fellow SaaS player, and currently have over 1,400 employees worldwide. More information about the jobs can be found on the Conga website.
