“Care About You” is a 100% Irish owned home care company, founded in 2012 and based in Shannon, Co Clare. The company has grown rapidly with the opening of the Midlands office in Athlone in 2013 and Galway and Cork offices in 2018. They're an approved HSE Elderly Care & Disability Care provider and provide care to individuals on a private basis.

They require a talented “Healthcare Assistant” to join their team.

Full-time and part-time roles, hours of work from 8am to 9pm and occasional weekends

Experience Required:

• Full driving license and access to a vehicle (Essential)
• Level 5 Healthcare Qualification (Preferred)
• 1 year experience in Homecare (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Personal care
• Light housework
• Basic meal preparation
• Providing companionship and social engagement
• Following individualized care plan

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:

All Healthcare Assistants are required to wear PPE, which is provided by Care About You

Experience:

• Home care: 1 year (preferred)
