Clint Drieberg go to chat with Cormac Mannion, who is Head of Net Zero Operations in Bord Gáis Energy. A mechanical engineer by trade, he spent a number of years in manufacturing before joining the energy industry in 2008. Cormac then joined Bord Gáis Energy’s Services and Solutions Team in 2021. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the installations operation of Bord Gáis’s expanding services & solutions division overseeing solar, heat pump, boiler and retrofit teams.
Other responsibilities involve driving a Safety First culture and ensuring quality compliance with all obligations, regulations and safety standards set externally, across industry and within Centrica. Key to the role is delivering best in class customer experience and maximising customer retention.
