Prince Edward Island is Canada's smallest province. It is on the east coast and is regarded as an area of natural beauty.
Prince Edward Island has beautiful rolling hills, pristine forests and amazing beaches. The coastline has numerous bays, coves and small inlets as well as red sandstone cliffs.
Because PEI is small, it offers what many larger cities cannot. These include shorter commute times and affordable housing as well as lower start-up costs for business.
PEI has a mild climate thanks to the warm waters of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. In summer, the temperature ranges between 20 and 34 degrees Celsius. In autumn, the leaves change colour to breathtaking shades of orange, red, and yellow. Winters are white. PEI receives an average total yearly snowfall of 290 centimetres (114 inches). Temperatures range between -3 to -11 degrees Celsius but cold winds can make it feel significantly chillier. Spring temperatures are mild – between 8 to 22 degrees Celsius.
