Mary has extensive experience in coaching, HR and payroll. She has worked with a number of clients in Ireland and the UK.
Mary is a motivated and experienced coach and mentor. She has managed and delivered career training programmes and workshops to jobseekers and clients seeking a career transition, as well as on payroll Level 5 HR Management Level 6 on the National Framework of qualifications. She has also implemented Change Management projects and of managing communications initiatives with employees.
Mary is currently studying for an MA in HRM, CIPD qualified, and holds a BA in HRM, Prince2 qualification, Certificate in Training and Continuing Education and Coaching.
