Established in 1989, Dalmac is an official training and recruitment partner for Ryanair, Europe’s premier low-fares airline. They recruit cabin crew candidates for training, which are then employed through their sister company, Workforce International Contractors, and deployed on board Ryanair aircraft. Dalmac organises international training courses as well as information and interview days throughout Europe. Candidates do not need cabin crew experience to apply, and they are not charged unless they pass the course. Dalmac is a fully licensed recruitment agency with a highly qualified and experienced team.
